Our Story

Founded in 2022 and officially launched on 1 December 2025, KM.X was born from a shift, a quieter chapter shaped by movement, travel, and the spaces in between.

Created by founder Kate McLaren as she stepped away from life as a professional athlete, KM.X reflects a desire for ease, freedom, and clothing that feels natural to live in. A brand designed to move with you, through training, recovery, creativity, travel, and the everyday rhythm of life.

The concept first took shape in Los Angeles, evolving through continued travel, most notably Bali, a place synonymous with creativity, spirituality, and a slower rhythm of living. These influences flow through every collection, designed for moments that don’t need definition: poolside afternoons, sauna and steam rituals, barefoot mornings, long flights, creative sessions, and soft landings in unfamiliar places.

KM.X is rooted in minimalism with a sensual, tropical undertone.
