We want you to love your KM.X pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered:

Exchanges & Store Credit: Free returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery (selected countries only).

Refunds: First-time customers are eligible for a refund on their first purchase, subject to a small return fee calculated at the time of return.

Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition: All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW 
This Refund & Returns Policy is operated by KM.X Pty Ltd (ABN 32 682 779 371). 
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KM.X. We want you to love 
your KM.X pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be 
eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the terms set out below. 
By purchasing from our store, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy, including any 
additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by 
hyperlink. 
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 
To be eligible for a return: 
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags 
attached. 
• Returns are not accepted on: 
o Sale or clearance items 
o Swimwear (for hygiene reasons) 
o Gift cards 
PROCESS FOR RETURNS 
1. Contact us at hello@kmxonline.com with your order number and reason for 
return. 
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address. 
3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition. 
4. Once inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. 
REFUNDS 
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. 
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrect items). 
EXCHANGES 
At this stage, KM.X does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please 
return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order. 
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS 
• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at 
hello@kmxonline.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your 
order number and photos of the issue. 
• If confirmed, we will cover the return shipping and provide a repair, replacement, 
or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
